Story of My Two Friends Working at a Call Center in the Philippines

My two friends were working at a call center in the Philippines. They tell me that the environment there really promotes sexual tension and activity between team members. It must have something to do with their culture. Apparently these are tight knit groups that encourage or rather fan the flames of so called “love teams” that the clique spots within itself. This happens even if the group knows those who they are teasing as a love team are not single. And because it is a particular part of the culture to go out drinking, these small desires, small infatuations are fed fuel. With all that alcohol, all that is needed is a small spark to ignite a fire. What’s funny about this whole dynamic is that there may have been nothing between the two people teased into being a love team. In the beginning, these two people might not even really have any emotions for each other. Their friends just put the idea into their heads.

So these two friends of mine, one time made out during on of their drinking sessions after getting out from working in the call center Philippines. Of course, one thing led to another and before they knew it, they were in room in a motel having an illicit affair.

They did this several times. Then the girl got pregnant. They were hiding it from their boyfriend and girlfriend so the girl was pressured into having an abortion. According to them, they went to Quiapo and purchased some illegal pills called Cytotec which could induce labor and thus is used as an abortive drug. The girl bled for a couple of days. They went to get an ultra sound reading. The baby was still there clinging to her womb. When she saw this, she was relieved. She could no longer go through any abortion that the guy pressured her to go through.

For those who want to lower their mortgage monthly costs, they have two viable options. The first choice is a loan modification while the second one is an FHA mortgage refinancing. The choice depends on the home owner’s financial situation. Some would prefer the first while others will choose the latter. The principal factor that would inform these decisions depends on who insures the original loan. Thus, if you want to decide between the two you have to find out first by contacting your lender yourself. There exists three major insurers in the U.S. These are Fannie Mae, the Federal Housing Administration or FHA, and Freddie Mac. These are of course all federally funded companies. The loan does not come from them and from the taxpayer’s wallets. These agencies only pay for the insurance coverage. They simply approve certain lenders to give out these federally insured loans thus making sure that there is less risk which results to lower interests, more accessibility to those with less than perfect credit, and less fees.

When one wants to restructure, then the insurer becomes a major factor in the process. One must know that if the original mortgage was insured by the FHA, then the refinance process is done via the Hope for Homeowners program. And this is why FHA insured loans are great for refinancing. The Hope for Homeowners program is geared to support those who have tried to refinance before but was declined. This is because of the lowering of the property value.
